These Terms govern access to and use of the website https://digi-con.gr and the digital contact, appointment and information services offered by DigiCon – Κωνσταντίνος Γάκης under the DigiCon brand. By using the website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website purpose

The website provides information about DigiCon, enables visitors to submit enquiries and allows users to request or book appointments. Information on the website does not by itself constitute a binding commercial offer unless expressly stated.

2. Enquiries, appointments and communications

Users must submit accurate contact information. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt or booking but does not necessarily create a contract for paid services. DigiCon may contact the user for clarification, availability or commercial terms. Users are responsible for keeping their contact details current.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or malicious content, impersonate another person, or use automated means that impose an unreasonable load on the service.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, branding, graphics, software and original materials belong to DigiCon or are used under licence. No rights are granted except the limited right to access and use the website for lawful personal or business-information purposes.

5. Third-party services

The website may rely on or link to third-party services such as WordPress, hosting, Google, email delivery, analytics or accessibility tools. Their availability and processing practices may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, content and these Terms may be updated for operational, security, legal or business reasons.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DigiCon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from website interruption, third-party services, inaccurate information supplied by a user or misuse of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Privacy

Personal data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Greek law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith. Competent courts are determined by applicable law.
